Fundamental changes

California budget cuts imply an upheaval of lifestyle. Short term budget problems should not destroy age old inheritance of culture like state parks. Some smart people made some good choices and build a foundation of good values over hundreds of years. Money cannot be a reason of giving all that up. Money never is.
