Reservations for women

Indian men are up in arms against women reservations for job posts in India. I say women do not need any reservations and reservations are an insult. A Woman is a multi tasker and usually better than a man doing the same work. In fact jobs are reserved for women to provide eye candy for men. I say talented women need no reservation.
