Spreading out

People understand trade and do not like tirades. Trade and war are languages understood across cultures. It is good America is reaching out to many countries they did not care about before. All parties involved will benefit and that is quite clear. The pretenses are distracting. Diplomats must learn to stick to clear goals like mathematicians.
